Before processing any withdrawal, and at our discretion at any other time, 666do requires identity verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666do Account login credentials, including your username and password. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666do, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services.
666do's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 666do's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666do does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We are not liable for losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network outages, JazzCash or EasyPaisa payment gateway interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, governmental actions, or civil unrest.
You may close your 666do Account at any time by contacting our Support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours subject to: (a) completion of any pending KYC requirements, (b) settlement of all open bets, and (c) completion of any outstanding withdrawal requests. Any remaining Real Money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following closure confirmation.
666do reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
In cases of Account closure due to a Player's own breach, 666do reserves the right to withhold some or all Funds pending investigation. In cases of closure for regulatory or administrative reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, Real Money balances will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 applied against the Account balance, subject to applicable law. Players will receive email notification before dormancy charges commence. Dormancy charges cease upon next login or upon the Account balance reaching zero, whichever occurs first.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666do's international gaming licence is issued. By registering a 666do Account, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your 666do Account, game outcome, bet settlement, payment, or these Terms, you are required to follow the following escalation process:
Any claim arising under these Terms must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claimant first became aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period are time-barred.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no fewer than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.
